Students apply with split enrollment when they're taking courses at more than one institution. If you're taking a RRU program but also enrolled in courses for your program at another institution, the application and confirmation will be done through RRU because RRU is the institution where your credentials will be issued.
Add proof of enrollment from the additional institution with course dates and proof of tuition costs to your student loan application. Screen shots and/or scanned copies are sufficient.
